“Convenient location, clean, modern, coin laundry machines on-site, elevator, gated parking, 24 hour security, key-card access to the building. Full suite of cable TV channels, hi speed internet was good most of the time. They offer short-term rentals as well and longer-term leases (3, 6 and 12 months).
If you’re here for a month, its hard to beat this place. 600 meter walk to the Phahon Yothin MRT station and to the Union Mall. Along the road (Lad Prao 1) you will find a couple of restaurants, Thai massage businesses, and an excellent selection of street food. Tesco Lotus is also just a 4 or 5 minute walk from here.
Rooms are completely cleaned twice weekly by the staff, and they do a wonderful job. The owners are a younger Thai couple, both who speak English extremely well, and who are always eager to help. No pool or gym. As far as I’m concerned, those were the only drawbacks, but you can find a gym nearby if you want to work out. This is a great place to hang your hat for a week, for a month, or for a year”
